Three Specialized Learning Tracks
Process Automation
Focus on workflow automation, API integration, and business process optimization. Learn to build systems that handle repetitive tasks and data flow between applications.
16 weeksSystem Integration
Master database connectivity, third-party service integration, and enterprise system communication. Perfect for those interested in backend architecture.
20 weeksInfrastructure Programming
Learn server automation, deployment scripts, monitoring systems, and DevOps practices. Ideal for operations-minded developers.
18 weeksLearn Through Collaboration
Every participant joins a small team working on a real automation project. You'll contribute code, participate in planning sessions, and experience the full development lifecycle alongside seasoned professionals.
This isn't traditional classroom learning. You'll use the same tools, processes, and methodologies that Swiss development teams rely on every day. Mistakes are expected and welcomed – that's how you learn to debug, optimize, and build reliable systems.
Peer Learning
Work directly with other participants, sharing knowledge and solving problems together through pair programming and code reviews.

Regular one-on-one sessions with senior developers who provide technical direction and career advice based on real industry experience.

What You'll Accomplish
Foundation Building
Start with core programming concepts while contributing to documentation and testing for active projects. You'll get familiar with our development environment and begin understanding how automation systems are structured.
Active Development
Take on feature development and bug fixes for real client projects. Learn database integration, API consumption, and error handling while working alongside experienced team members.
Advanced Implementation
Lead smaller project components and contribute to architectural decisions. You'll handle more complex integrations and begin mentoring newer participants who join the program.
Portfolio Development
Complete a capstone project that demonstrates your ability to design and implement automation solutions independently. Many participants use this work to secure their first development positions.
