Advanced Systems Programming Academy

Master automation programming through hands-on collaboration and real project experience. Join our next cohort starting September 2025.

Learn by Building Real Solutions

Programming isn't something you learn from textbooks. You pick it up by working alongside experienced developers, tackling actual problems, and seeing how systems come together in practice.

Our program pairs you with working professionals who've spent years building automated systems for Swiss businesses. You'll contribute to live projects from day one – not toy exercises or outdated tutorials.

  • Work on current automation projects with real deadlines
  • Learn system integration through practical application
  • Build portfolio pieces that demonstrate actual capability
  • Understand Swiss business requirements and compliance needs

We keep cohorts small because effective mentoring requires personal attention. Each participant gets direct access to senior developers who can answer questions, review code, and provide career guidance.

Three Specialized Learning Tracks

Process Automation

Focus on workflow automation, API integration, and business process optimization. Learn to build systems that handle repetitive tasks and data flow between applications.

16 weeks

System Integration

Master database connectivity, third-party service integration, and enterprise system communication. Perfect for those interested in backend architecture.

20 weeks

Infrastructure Programming

Learn server automation, deployment scripts, monitoring systems, and DevOps practices. Ideal for operations-minded developers.

18 weeks

Learn Through Collaboration

Every participant joins a small team working on a real automation project. You'll contribute code, participate in planning sessions, and experience the full development lifecycle alongside seasoned professionals.

This isn't traditional classroom learning. You'll use the same tools, processes, and methodologies that Swiss development teams rely on every day. Mistakes are expected and welcomed – that's how you learn to debug, optimize, and build reliable systems.

Peer Learning

Work directly with other participants, sharing knowledge and solving problems together through pair programming and code reviews.

Expert Guidance

Regular one-on-one sessions with senior developers who provide technical direction and career advice based on real industry experience.

Senior developer and program mentor

Marcus Chen

Lead Systems Architect with 12 years building enterprise automation solutions for Swiss financial sector.

Senior developer and technical mentor

Sarah Müller
